CutOut
This filter simply allows your selection to appear as a hole by adding shadows.
This filter can be used to allow background images to appear through foreground
text and graphics. You can fill the hole with a solid color, use the original
image, or have it transparent allowing underlying layers to show through.
This effect can be accomplished in Photoshop without this filter.

Drip
This filter adds dripping effects to text and images. You can control the width,
length, spacing, taper, and dribble. You can also control how the dripping
is lit. I found it to be a cool filter.

Fire
This filter adds fire and/or flame effects to images. You can control direction,
column length, flame width, tapering, movement, and density. You also can
use the gradient editor to create your own color schemes. The filter does
create realistic looking fire, however it should provide some kind of scaling
feature so the size of the flames can be controlled.

Fur
This filter creates a variety of fur and hair effects. You can control direction,
density, curl size, curliness, and length. You can also control the color
of the hair/fur and whether you want the effect to tile seamlessly. Lighting
controls are also available allowing you to match the lighting conditions
in the image.
