Glass
Glass creates a layer of clear or colored glass that can be affected by refraction, light filtering, and light reflection. There are tools for beveling, smoothness, gradient shading, refraction, opacity, tinting and glass color. There are also lighting controls. This is a great filter to create magnifying like effects. To really use the refraction command the effect must be applied on the same layer as the image.

Gradient Glow
This effect applies a realistic glow around the outside edge of any selection.

HSB Noise
This filter adds noise to a selection by editing the Hue, Saturation and Brightness settings. This filter can add texture to a selection. It can only be applied to an RGB image. You have control over Hue, Saturation, Brightness, Opacity, Lump (noise), pattern and fractal roughness. There is a random generator and a seamless tile option.

HSB Noise

Jiggle
This filter produces distortions based a random organic bubbling. You can control movement, bubble size, warping, and twisting. There is also a seamless tile option.
