Reset the Game
The last item is a simple 'reset' text link that will move the Xs and Os back
to their starting position when the game is over. First you want to add a
'Stop' behavior at frame 25 in the 'B' Channel. When the game resets you
do not want to run the beginning animation again.
24) Select frame 25. Now click on the '+' button
in the 'Behavior' Palette and go down to 'Timeline' and select
'Stop timeline.' You can choose the default which stops all timelines
since you only have one.
25) Insert a layer and type in the word - Reset.
To turn this into a dead link place a hash mark (#) in the 'link'
field on the 'Property bar.'
26) Now go to your 'Behavior' Palette and select
the '+' button. Scroll down to the bottom and select 'Timeline'
then 'Go to Timeline Frame.'
27) Type in 25 for 'Go to Frame' and leave the Loop
field empty. Click OK. Now whenever you press the reset link the
animation will go to frame 25 and stop.
Play the Game
If you've followed the tutorial you should be able to play tic-tac-toe in your
browser (Press F12). Reset and play again. If the images do not reset to
their starting positions you might have to recheck the end keyframes for
all your Xs and Os and make sure you copied the first keyframe positions
into the last keyframe positions.
