When a visitor clicks the 'Flintrock Coupe'
button they jump to FRAME 5 and a 'movie clip' called 'coupe1'
will appear on the 'Granite Display' tablet. It will be
an animated 3D view of this engineering marvel from the
Jurassic Age. New buttons will also appear beneath the
'Flintrock Coupe' button. The first three VCR style buttons
will control the 'movie clip' and the 'shockwave' files
(yeah, I am well aware that VCRs were not really invented
until 63,450,985 B.C.). The three buttons below these will
load 'shockwave' animations onto the 'Granite Display'
tablet. The main advantage of doing this is faster load
times because visitors will decide what information they
wish to see rather than having to wait for the whole project
to load.

Flintrock Coupe Gets a Spin
The first step was to add an 'action' to the 'Flintrock Coupe' button. When
you click it the playhead jumps to FRAME 5 and stops - this is where the
movieclip 'coupe1' is located. Now whenever someone presses this button the
'coupe' movieclip loops. I built my fictional car in 3D Studio Max 2.5 and
rendered the frames using the Illustrator 4.1 plugin. I then imported the
.jpg files into Flash and saved them as a 'movie clip' symbol called 'coupe1.'
